I had my lip blush done here. Because I naturally have dark lips, the process was explained as two sessions: the first session to lighten my natural lip color, followed by a second session about a month later to add color. Unfortunately, during the second session, a color that was much too dark was used. In the end, my lips returned to almost the same color as my original lips, which was very disappointing. Hop performed the procedure, and while she was hardworking, I believe she should have provided more careful and professional guidance when selecting the lip color. Given my natural lip tone, I relied on her expertise to recommend an appropriate shade, but that did not happen. I paid $600 for the first session and even tipped in advance, yet the final result looks no different from my natural lips. Considering the cost and expectations, I am very dissatisfied with the outcome.

Kim knew exactly what to do. She was careful and really sweet. She even placed the pads and the tape in a way that didn't irritate me at all. She may have taken about thirty minutes longer, but showed great customer service, and gave me just what I wanted. The place is really clean, relaxing, and truly provides a luxury experience. However, there were a few times the adhesive ran into my eye (which is normal). About midway through, Nina says "Burning! Burning!" in a teasing way as she prepares to leave after finishing her client. This reason alone is why I'm reducing a star. I would've reduced two but they ensured me that they would handle it and they even offered a promotional discount of $30. *Classic 2D 10, 11*

I’ve been getting my eyelashes done since 2020. I originally started with extensions at a salon and eventually learned to do them myself, but since I was heading out of town, I wanted something more permanent. I found Lady Lash & Brow and scheduled an appointment for lashes and threading. The salon was calm, clean, and welcoming, and the women were incredibly kind. I was happy with how my lashes turned out, but I did wake up the next morning with irritation in my eye, likely from glue that seeped in. It was uncomfortable and something I hadn’t experienced before. What meant the most was how they handled it. They reached out to check on me and offered to redo my lashes free of charge. That level of care speaks volumes. I truly support businesses that invest in teaching and growing their technicians. Everyone starts somewhere, and without the chance to learn, growth wouldn’t be possible. The fact that they took responsibility and went out of their way to make it right showed their integrity and intention. Because of that, they will always have my support.

Went to Lady Lash and Brow for my first lash extension experience. I took advantage of the new customer special and I definitely will be back! It was a very comfortable experience, the bed was great and I was given a comfy blanket. Linh was very gentle and made my lashes look beautiful!
