I have been going to Q lashes for a few months now for the last three times my lash tech is not up to Paul. I pay $60 for a three week refill after two days most of the lashes on my eye have fallen off. I go back and it’s the same thing. The lash tech does not do a good job on lashes. She wants to do your lashes the way she think they should look I asked for volume lashes. I have never received volume lashes, only hybrid, so I was not pleased with Q lash and I would not be going back to clash because now my eyes are very irritated and it’s no lashes there whatsoever. So be aware if you go to Q lash to make sure that you get what you really need overall this staff is very nice

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I will continue coming back. Helen is my go to girl! I have recommended almost all of my friends and I am happy to say that they are all faithful customers as well. The staff is kind, professional and amazing at what they do. The place is cute and clean and prices are cheaper than other places I have been to previously. My lashes last up to 2 months.

I came here to get my lashes done for a trip to Mexico. They told me not to get the lashes wet in the first 24 hours and that they should last me my whole trip. I was pretty much OK when I left the fumes were burning one of my eyes, but not bad. By time I went in the pool once most of my lashes were off and the rest were starting to lift from my actual lash line, so it started poking and itching me I was really disappointed as my coworker told me her lashes sometimes last three weeks by the end of the week on my vacation I had no lashes couldn’t take it anymore. Superr cute but just not for me

Kim is awesome. My lashes always come out nicely. The glue had my left eye swelling but Kim switched it and it got better. I’ve never received those care instructions but I’ll definitely ask for them the next time I’m there. The pricing is fair.

I live in Sugarland but I drive here for my lashes because they are the BEST! I've been coming here since they open and it never fails to make my lashes beautiful and last longer. I always receive complements about how beautiful my lashes are. Every technicians are talented, experienced and friendly. The place is clean with beautiful interior color that provides relaxing environment. They are respectful of your time and prompt with your appointment time. I have never had appointment cancelled for any circumstances. With many years experience of having lashes done, this is by far the best lash studio I have ever been to.
