Alma is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. She is incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and truly takes pride in her work. My lashes look flawless—natural, full, and exactly what I wanted. Alma is also so warm and professional, which made the entire appointment relaxing and enjoyable. She took the time to listen, explain, and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. I would recommend Alma without hesitation to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and an outstanding experience. She’s the best!
As a first-time customer at this establishment, I was truly impressed. The moment you walk through the doors, the noise of the city disappears and the atmosphere feels calm and peaceful. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Once I was taken back, the esthetician was very welcoming, listened carefully to my requests, and was extremely detail-oriented. She didn’t miss a single hair, and that level of precision is what truly won me over. Overall, the experience and customer service were amazing, and I honestly believe the pricing was completely worth it for the quality of care and attention I received.
When I received a call to confirm my appointment Gabby, she was so kind and explained the process for me. Alyssa did my threading, she is amazing! She took my concerns into consideration when mapping my brows. She was so sweet and we set a plan to get my overplucked brows to look more like twins. I am excited for this journey with her as my brow specialist!
