I was disappointed with my experience. Amanda was rude and her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and welcoming, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer-service training. There is definitely room for improvement.
