Awesome experience! Great people, nice, kind, and understanding. They made the whole process very smooth. The lawyers were very kind, and understanding. They made sure to give updates every step of the way. They completely took care of everything allowing me to go through the whole process stress free. I really recommend they make sure to provide a great experience with their kindness, understanding, and respect. Overall just a great environment!

My mom had recommended them to me after she worked with them for a past accident and it was the best decision ever! They were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. It was my first accident and I had no clue on how to proceed or how the process would be. After I called them I felt more calm they really helped me understand the whole process and were also very patient.

I am disappointed with the service I received from Salazar and Valsquez. I hired them for my case some time ago, but the communication was terrible from the start. I had to repeatedly call to find out what was going on because they never once reached out to update me on my case’s progress. When issues came up with getting a rental car, my wife had to argue with them just to get any help. They told her it wasn’t their responsibility, even though I assumed a law firm handling my case would advocate for me. Because of this, I had to pay out of my own pocket for weeks for the rental. On top of that, one of the staff members working on my case quit, and it felt like no one took over — my case was basically left hanging with zero follow-up. The overall attitude was rude and dismissive whenever I called to check in. I expected professionalism and support during what was already a stressful situation, but instead I felt ignored and frustrated. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. If you value clear communication, responsiveness, and actual case management, look elsewhere.
