I would not recommend The Martinez Law Firm based on my experience. Terrible experience. Communication was poor, and I constantly had to chase basic information about my own case. Nothing was clearly explained, and I never felt properly guided through decisions that had serious consequences. Honestly, I did not feel like this attorney cared about me or my case at all. It felt like I was just another file to push through the system. Instead of fighting for me, everything seemed geared toward quick resolutions. Even the judge was appalled by this guy's horrible job. In my opinion, this is not an attorney who will go to battle for you. If you’re expecting strong advocacy, clear communication, and someone who actually has your best interests in mind, look elsewhere. For what I paid, this was extremely disappointing and not worth it at all. I could have done better with a court appointed attorney.
