I had an outstanding experience with Joe, and I highly recommend his locksmith services to anyone in the Houston area. I called Joe because I needed copies of an office key. He answered my call right away, was very polite, and told me it wouldn't be a problem. We agreed to meet at the CVS at the corner of Hillcroft and Braeswood, which was convenient for both of us. He arrived promptly, made two key copies quickly, and to my surprise, refused to charge me because we hadn't discussed the price beforehand. That level of honesty and generosity is very rare these days. Beyond his kindness, Joe is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and well-equipped. His mobile locksmith van carries everything needed to handle key duplication, lock replacement, rekeying, car keys, residential locks, commercial locks, and security lock systems. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping people. What impressed me most was his responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. He treated me with respect, completed the job efficiently, and went above and beyond without expecting anything in return. If you need a locksmith for your home, business, church, vehicle, or any other property, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe. In my experience, he is one of the most professional, reliable, and trustworthy locksmiths you could hope to find.

Joe is the best! He’s honest, prices are great and I was originally quoted @ $200 but after a quick fix I’m only paying $140. I called other companies and they tried charging me $300 and up. I’m so happy. He really looked out!!!!!
