Contacted Richard early (0700) on a mother's day Sunday and he was able to get me on his schedule for 1100. I then had to reschedule for 1200. Richard arrived on time and was very professional. Made my keys and verified remote start in a timely manner. Was even considerate of not taking too much of my time. I appreciate his flexibility and punctuality. Will definitely recommend his service to friends and family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with CJS Locksmith today! John was extremely professional, kind, and quick to help. He communicated clearly the entire time — from pricing, to arrival time, to explaining the process. Even when he realized he had the wrong key at first, he immediately let me know, went to get the correct one, and still honored the same price. That honesty alone meant a lot! He arrived when he said he would, finished the job fast, and my new key fob works perfectly. As a mom with a little one inside, he was very patient and understanding, which I appreciated so much. If you need a reliable locksmith who is transparent, respectful, and good at what he does, John is definitely the one to call. I’m so grateful for the great service — he really made my day. My technician was great, he was kind and hard working. My issue is with the owner at this point. For WEEKS these people have been giving me the run around. The tech was sweet and a hard worker but the keys he made never worked for my car, when I later found my car keys and took the keys the tech cut and my car keys to another lock smith, I was able to learn the technician cut a completely different key then the one what would work for my car. So absolutely 100% entirely useless. I called probably 3 weeks ago reporting this fact, looking to see what I could do to get a partial refund, at that point I didn’t even want all of it back, just half would’ve been satisfactory really but after 3 weeks of being told ‘the boss is out of town and I’m unable to contact him, I’ll put the ticket in and get back to you’ I’m beginning to really lose my patience. At the start I was nothing but kind and understanding but it gets to a point. It’s definitely a possibility that maybe the boss is out of town, but if their employees truly haven’t been able to reach them for 3 weeks while the owner or boss is out of town it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve talked to the same receptionist every single time, I can’t talk to anybody other than her apparently, no manager no owner nothing. Im beyond fed up with this business and would never ever recommend their services to anyone at the point. Also my name in your records would be Makenah Stevens not Nelson. It’s definitely your company I have the cashapp record.

Richard was awesome came on time took his time to review the job, Richard is very experienced and knowledgeable a out his profession. He made me keys with no issues and made sure they worked, asked me to double check to make sure that they would work. Awesome guy very friendly excellent at explaining what he needed to do for the job to get done correctly. I will Def recommend cjs and Richard to friends and family for future jobs. Excellent Excellent Excellent service and great worker. Richard is a leader in his career hard worker and will in my eyes continue to be productive for CJS. Thank you, Jay P
