Five stars for Steve! From the very beginning he communicated clearly and kept me informed throughout the process. He worked quickly to replace my vehicle key and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so professional and dedicated. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to friends and family.

They came to the rescue for my elderly mother whose door was “stuck.” We previously called several locksmiths in the area, who off the bat claimed to be unable to service the issue… Many of them defended that they only worked with keys & locks. Luckily, FM 1960 Locksmith did not hesitate to dispatch a locksmith to give it a go. Called around 5:20pm on a Monday evening. Eric was dispatched, arriving just a few minutes before 6pm. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the hardware & hinges, getting the door realigned, expertly resolving the issue. The fee was very fair & reasonable. So thankful for Eric and highly recommend!
