So impressed with our locksmith tonight, David. He called back within a minute of my calling the main number, gave us a predicted arrival time, and he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would. He was very professional and kind and had the door open within 2 minutes. When I compare that to the other locksmith we called, it's a night-and-day difference - they said a locksmith would call me, and I'm still waiting for that call, 90 minutes later, so thank goodness I called Get Locksmith, too. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm storing their number for the next lockout emergency.

I called this place and after speaking with their operstor I was able to get a call back from the technician who was okay with me coming into the office. I am really happy they have an actual physical adress and they gentleman was very polite and got my key cut very fast!! Awesome service!! Thank you!!!

I called on July 30th to unlock my car. The technician Mason constantly not to tell the rate and instead said he is only 5 minutes away from my location in Sugar Land. I called two other companies to check the price, and they are proposed $65 and $75, respectively. Without confirming Mason, he came in and unlock the car and charged $150. I mentioned that others are willing to do the same job for $65 and $75, and he constantly argues to charge $140. He suggested before leaving the site, that next time when I call his personal number, he will be charging $60 for the service. It is totally illegal to use the company property to make extra cash on the side. I'm not sure what type of company is this and the employees. It is a scam and don't call this company for any reason. There are other companies around there to charge reasonable for your hard earning dollars. I never going to call this company for any services and y'all be careful not to call this company for any services. I should give negative rating, but it is available. BE AWARE NOT TO CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE!

Edan been amazing to us with his kindness and great service. He was super quick and came out to us in the late hours. He's definitely reliable and a man of his word. You can't beat his price hands down!!!!!
