Had a great experience with Grands. Was able to install a new lock to keep my pup from escaping when I’m out. He was kind and helpful. Would recommend!
EL came out in a fast reasonably time and unlocked my work van in the matter of minutes when I locked my keys in it. Great service would recommend him to any and everybody.
Updated: This review is for Grands Locksmith in Houston, TX. I guess they lose customer records from their response. I left them a bad review a while back due to awful customer service, change of price, and late technician arrival way past the time I was told. The owner responded to my review with lies AND sent me a NASTY text so I’m leaving another review for people to be aware of this. Avoid this place.
Parts & Installation of several deadbolts & door knobs and modification of existing doors. Roman was very professional, showed up on time, detailed discussion of our needs before quoting price, efficient fast job and cleaned up afterwards. Highly RECOMMEND!
