I asked these ppl three times.. how much will it be to just open my door..I made the mistake of not stopping him before he open my door AB’s asking him how much it still be..very unprofessional not getting the make and model of the car and not giving the client a run down of they can’t pick it car that they have to use the air bag to get it done for last resort..I lost my keys twice last year and bought and extra spare for 250 each! And they wanted to charged me 189!! I bet you they been getting ppl like this for years!! Every lock smith will tell you the price of the key before they start working on it! Very unprofessional on both ends from the company manger to the guy they sent that they said when I first called I have a guy close by.. but wanna use the excuse of it took me 40 min like if he came from Galveston tx with no traffic today because of the holidays.. I don’t know how these ppl got a 4.9 rating after today’s experience.. And I’ve bought multiple keys to my 2014 chevey Silverado over the ten years owning this truck.. They scamming ppl.. don’t use them again trust me
