Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful when I first reached out, which I appreciated. However, the experience with the technician they sent out was disappointing. He was unable to successfully program a new key for my vehicle and ended up taking 2–3 hours without resolving the issue. On top of that, he left my car in worse condition than before—wiring was left messy and several components were unplugged. I also noticed dashboard warning lights that were not there prior to his visit. Overall, while the initial customer service was good, the actual service provided did not meet expectations and caused more inconvenience than help.
I don't know if this company provides good service because I never got a callback after initially calling about needing a lost key and key fob replaced. It appears my definition for a few minutes differs from theirs. So I just found another company today and moved on. The phone was answered promptly, so I'll give them a star for that.
Your receptionist Dana needs to learn some customer service skills and watch her tone when speaking with customers. Came off very rude and not helpful. Seems like she’s never had a customer service oriented job in her life. The tech who originally was supposed to help my code a remote key couldn’t do it because of his “software” or “updates”. A manager was supposed to reach out never did. Receptionist wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. What kind of company is this?
I was traveling for work in Houston, Texas and had an absolutely awful day after locking my keys in my car. I tried everything — wire hanger, antenna, you name it — and was completely stressed and stuck. Thankfully, Kenneth R. with Pop-A-Lock Houston came to the rescue. He was incredibly quick, efficient, professional, and honestly a total godsend in that moment. He got my car unlocked fast and turned a horrible situation around. Huge thank you to Kenneth for the amazing service and kindness. Highly recommend Pop-A-Lock Houston!
Service was great. Got my car keys done. What i did not like was the horrible connection to schedule and the tech asking for cash for extra service he did on his own.
