WHATEVER YOU DO DONT PAY THEM FIRST !!! As you can see his face with him taking off with my money and I had to call the police ! The worst company you can call! They promised to make my key , after they made it the “manager” asked us to try it on the door of our car to see if it worked. The key did not work and my car was locked to which he then said he would charge me more to unlock it even though he’s the one who asked us to try it out!

RoadRunner Locksmith does not stand behind their work, and will not issue refunds for work that was left undone. Their manager, whom I have not had the opportunity to speak with because they have only promised to call me back 5 times, without actually calling me back, apparently can't be bothered with customer complaints. This brings to mind a prior review from Kerri Perkins, wherein the owner says "If you wouldn't mind contacting us, we would appreciate the opportunity to make this right." Well, owner, I have spoken to your office no fewer than 6 times in the last 3 days, giving ample opportunity to make this right, but that is clearly just a smoke-screen response. Furthermore, their technician named Nikola is easily offended when told that his prices are significantly higher than the competition, and he will not own up to his mistakes. Nikola left one of our lock cylinders completely removed from the exterior entry door to our building (image attached), and then had the gall to suggest that he didn't leave it that way. I'm not sure what kind passerby may have come upon our building, unscrewed the lock cylinder, and left it neatly on the front desk for us, but that is what Nikola would like for me to believe. I am out $338 to this unscrupulous business, as they flat our refuse to issue a refund. I had another locksmith out today, who charged 1/3 the price, and got me taken care of...completely. So, if you would like to throw some money away at RoadRunner Locksmith, before hiring a more ethical and customer-focused locksmith to come behind and fix their mess, go for it. I caution you to stay away from this business, and especially from Nikola.

Unprofessional on the phone asking for service said “we don’t do that” and hung up.. called back and hung up again without saying anything. All I wanted was a copy of a key!

Dan the locksmith was amazing. He arrived promptly and he made sure my key worked. I am very grateful for him and would definitely use the service again.
