Rude make up artist sent by KHBeauty who had to get dismissed after only doing 2 of the scheduled 5 faces for my sister’s wedding. She was unprofessional and did not listen to what the client said they wanted for their make up. I was able to have another make up artist finish the other 3 girls. But to this day, I still have never recieved a phone call or text back regarding my complaint that I left via voicemail with the company on May 22, 2026 while actively dealing with the situation as MOH. This was not a good representation of the company as I felt no support in dealing with the situation. Make sure you personally meet your bridal make up crew (meaning pay this company $250 for a trial session) before your wedding so you don’t get stuck with being sent someone who is rude and make up product does not represent the KHBeauty Brand via Instagram. Especially if you are basing your selection off what is misrepresented on Instagram.

My experience with Kaddy and Portia was truly amazing. They both were professional, punctual, and extremely talented. They offered their professional advice and made sure the makeup felt like YOU. I had the privilege to work with them several times, and each time I knew I was in the best hands. My makeup lasted me beyond the day- Kaddy uses the best products to ensure your makeup looks stunning both off and on camera. My hair wore beautifully the entire night of dancing and fun. I truly cannot recommend KH Beauty enough.

I absolutely love Kaddy’s work at khbeautymua! One of the main reasons I initially chose her was because of how versatile she is with makeup for all skin tones, and she truly exceeded my expectations. She is so sweet, professional, and makes the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve used her twice now — once for my church’s 50th anniversary celebration and again for bridesmaid makeup — and both times my makeup was flawless and lasted all night! What really stands out to me is that she doesn’t forget a face. She remembers you and understands how to do your makeup in a way that enhances your natural beauty instead of overpowering it. That personal touch means so much. I can’t wait to book with her again in the future!

Kaddy was beyond amazing; she made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I wanted. I gave her my inspo photos, told her how I wanted to feel, and what the wedding vibes were, and she completely understood. I still looked and felt like myself, but better! After my trial I had sliiight adjustments, and she somehow made my makeup better than before. It stayed on the entire night! She and her team go above and beyond for their brides - Kaddy's flight got delayed coming from another wedding, and my Welcome Party was that evening. She met me at the hotel and even got my hairstylist to drive up to The Woodlands so they could get me ready to start our wedding weekend. I felt so beautiful all weekend thanks to her and her team! Wish I could get married again just so she could do my makeup!

Kaddy and Portia did such a good job on my bridal hair and makeup! They got exactly what I wanted and it was beautiful. Also they had such a great team all together and my bridesmaids were so happy with their looks as well! Everyone in my party was just extremely pleased and it was so easy to book everything. I never had any troubles. We were such a diverse group, but they took care of us!
