My family and I are so grateful for Bam Bam! I have seen a huge boost in confidence in my 9-year-old, Adam. He loves going and looks forward to every class. Before joining Bam Bam, he had low self-esteem, wasn't confident in himself, he was bullied, but now he is able to defend himself and others. Over the past year, I’ve seen tremendous growth in his martial arts skills, confidence, focus, and respect for others. I can not thank Bam Bam enough for their leadership and dedication to helping build my son’s confidence. We couldn’t be happier with Bam Bam Martial Arts! The instructors are exceptional, bringing a wonderful blend of discipline, respect, and fun to each class. If we could afford it, we would stick his little sister in there with him. She loves to watch him! It's worth every penny and then some. This is more than just a class its family!

Bam Bam MMA is truly one of those places that feels like home the moment you walk in. From day one, the staff has been nothing but welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in every single person who comes through the door. Whether you’re brand new and nervous or experienced and confident, they meet you exactly where you’re at and make you feel supported. What really sets Bam Bam apart is the family atmosphere. This isn’t just a gym where people come in, train, and leave, it’s a community. The staff know everyone by name, greeting the children by name upon entry! You can tell they truly love what they do and the people they do it for. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to explain techniques clearly and safely while still pushing you to grow. They’re encouraging without being intimidating, which makes a huge difference, especially for beginners. They’re organized, friendly, and always willing to help with questions, scheduling, or anything else you might need. Everything runs smoothly, and it’s obvious how much effort goes into keeping the gym welcoming and well-managed. Bam Bam has created something special its a place where people of all ages and backgrounds feel comfortable, confident, and part of something bigger than themselves. If you’re looking for more than just a gym, if you want a supportive environment, strong values, and a true family, Bam Bam is it. We absolutely love BAM BAM! It is such a special place. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like family. Brandi and the entire staff—many of whom are members of the Sullivan family—creates such a warm and welcoming environment. They know every child by name and even the parents, which makes it feel incredibly personal. My son started in January and has loved every minute of it. He looks forward to every class and is always excited to see his favorite coach, Coach Brett. The coaches are engaging, encouraging, and truly invested in helping each child grow in respect, self-confidence, character, self-defense, and independence all while having fun. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend BAM BAM to any family looking for a positive, family-oriented martial arts program.

Arman, my son, started at Bam Bam in October of 2025 due to the start of bullying at school, and has since been guided through self-defense techniques and discipline techniques that have made a huge improvement not only in his social health but in his confidence. Better than that, he’s more respectful due to the meticulous curriculum and program to improve manners and self-discipline; he also manages his temper better — what a gift!!! He simply gets things done in a way he did not just 8 months ago. I am forever grateful for the scholarship that Bam Bam has provided for the Black Belt Club he is in. This is a family-operated business with heart, authenticity, and philosophical alignment that WORKS on multiple fronts.

We love Bam Bam. Jiu-jitsu is probably at the end of the list of the great things they offer, behind personal growth and community. They teach kids leadership and how to grow as a person through seminars. They celebrate every kids' achievement. My wife and I learned jiu-jitsu for a year, my 2 older kids have learned for almost 2 years, and hopefully my youngest will start in a couple of years. The experience has been rewarding for all of us.
