I’ve visited quite a few gyms around Houston, and this has easily been my favorite experience so far. I trained through private Muay Thai sessions with Robert, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt different. Everyone was welcoming, respectful, and treated each other like family. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable right away, even if you’re completely new. Training with Robert was honestly eye opening. He notices details that most people would never catch. There were so many things I thought I was doing correctly until he broke them down and showed me how to improve them. His knowledge of Muay Thai is obvious, but what really stood out was his ability to explain techniques in a way that makes sense and helps you improve immediately. Every session left me feeling like I learned something valuable. If you’re looking for an instructor who genuinely knows his craft and truly cares about his students’ progress, I can’t recommend this place enough.

The best gym; they treated me like family from the very beginning, even though I didn't have much knowledge of martial arts. They truly care about their students. It has an excellent atmosphere and coaches who help you every step of the way!! ❤️🙌🏻

Team Osiris, very family oriented place amazing teachers and great classes to learn from I tried out for the Muay Thai definitely gave me a good workout. I felt like I burned a lot of calories also did jujutsu and it was really fun. Feel like I learned so much just from one class I would definitely train here.

Great jiu jitsu gym with flexible class times that make it easy to train around work or school. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and do a great job helping everyone improve no matter their experience level. The training partners are welcoming and respectful, which makes it a good environment to learn, get better, and stay consistent. Highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in starting or continuing jiu jitsu.

We've had our son at Team Osiris for about a year, and we've seen a huge improvement in his confidence, discipline, and focus. The coaches are patient, dedicated, and genuinely care about the kids and their progress. Our son loves coming to class and has learned a lot of real Jiu-Jitsu. We've been so happy with our experience that we're already planning to enroll our younger child as well. Highly recommend Team Osiris to any family looking for a great martial arts program.
