I’ve been seeing Alice for deep tissue massage for the past three weeks, mainly to help with tightness that starts in my lower back and runs through my hips, knees, and even the bottom of my foot. She’s been very attentive and clearly understands how these areas connect. I’m already noticing improvement and relief. Alice is also very kind and professional, which makes the experience comfortable and relaxing. I plan to keep going weekly for the next month or two because it’s been helping a lot. Highly recommend.

I sought massage therapy for persistent back muscle spasms that had lasted over three weeks. From the start, Alice was honest that my issue wouldn’t be resolved in a single session, but she was confident she could quickly reduce my pain and fully address the problem with a few visits. Alice proved to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She quickly identified the problem areas and targeted them with precision and skill. Throughout the session, she regularly checked in to ensure the pressure was effective without becoming uncomfortable. This was, by far, the most skilled massage I’ve ever received. Alice was excellent and very experienced. She personalized my massage based on my requests and communicated consistently throughout the session to make sure she was addressing the areas that needed attention. I had just completed a 13.1-mile Spartan race the day before, and the massage was the perfect remedy for my soreness and tightness. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a high-quality sports massage.

Well first of all I would like to say that Alice is TOP NOTCH. I have alot of muscles that haven't been worked out in a minute. She did her thing. I feel so much looser. Alice is VERY professional, the place is very clean, she definitely gonna have to do some work on me lol. Please, Please, Please book with her YOU won't be disappointed!!!! Alice is fantastic. I've had some pains from injuries that have been continually getting worse to the point where they started affecting my day to day. Alice has helped me with some of those in just the first few appointments. She's very communicative and makes sure it's the right pressure for different parts of your body the entire time.
