I had an amazing experience at Elevation Massage and Spa today. My boyfriend gifted me a massage session, and it was exactly what I needed. The receptionist was so sweet and took the time to explain how everything works, which made me feel comfortable right away. The spa itself was extremely clean and relaxing. I also used the sauna, which was wonderful, and Kate was absolutely awesome. She really focused on the pain I was having in my neck and shoulder, and I felt so much relief afterward. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Kate and Elevation Massage and Spa! 🧖🏻‍♀️💖

I absolutely love Elevation. From the front desk to the cleanliness of the facility, everything here is great. I don't ever want a massage from anyone but Kate again! She is so intuitive and so good at her craft. I get the same kind of massage every time, but each one is so different (in a good way!) She listens and responds to my body by focusing on which body part needs the most help. I run frequently and need all the help I can get in terms of muscle rehab. With Kate, I can confidently say my body is in better shape since meeting her. My running has improved so much with her by my side in recovery! I cannot recommend her or Elevation more.

This was my first time booking a massage after hearing the benefits a lymphatic massage can do to the body. Kate did an amazing job making me feel relaxed and I enjoyed getting to know her on a more personal level. I look forward to seeing her again soon even if I end up dozing off to the end of my session again. I loved the atmosphere and the music they played as well. Definitely recommended this place to a couple of close friends shortly after.

Always love coming here, so many of the massage therapists are truly excellent. Recently I saw Kate and she is so knowledgeable about muscle pain and sports massage. I powerlift so I carry a lot of tension and these massages are critical to my recovery and overall mobility. Highly recommend Kate!!

After competing in the Hyrox Houston race, I was really needing some recovery work and found Elevation Massage and Spa on Google. I just had a 90-minute sports massage with Kate Gomez, and it was phenomenal. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Kate was attentive, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to work out the post-race soreness and tightness. I left feeling refreshed, recovered, and so much better. Highly recommend for any athlete needing recovery support or anyone in need of a relaxing massage!
