Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and professional, and the staff made me feel comfortable immediately. My massage therapist really listened to what areas needed attention and worked out so much tension without making it painful. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely relaxed. Went for a couples massage and had high hopes based on reviews. My husband had JJ and she was great, said it was the best massage of his life. The woman I had was so bad I asked her to stop halfway through and that I would prefer to just lay there until my husband was finished next to me. She started off by abruptly removing the blanket from my back I was cold, she had cold hands and cold lotion I asked to pull the blanket further up to cover my cold body and had to tell her I was cold. Pressure was inconsistent either very hard or very soft, mostly soft- I asked for firm. She asked my tension areas, I said my neck did not spend extra time on my neck. She spent what seemed like 10 minutes on my left arm and 3 minutes on my right arm- she was extremely uneven on time. Then she would lightly work in a 2-3 inch area for an extended period of time and seemed like she got lost in her own thoughts and remember she was supposed to be massaging me and then extend her reach briefly. I looked over at my husband and his massage therapist was really focused on the massage. I asked her to leave the room about half way through. JJ apologized, but we were charged full price. It is the facilities job to make sure therapists are trained well, so why am I paying for their mistake? Happy to pay full price for my husband’s massage, but not mine. I hope JJ gets the whole 20% tip we left. I gave 2 stars because his massage was good, mine was the worst I ever had.

I can’t recommend this massage enough! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the massage itself was exceptional, relaxing, thorough, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

I got the Thai combination massage and it was so great. I called same day and was able to get an appointment. They were so nice and the massage was great. I will be coming back
