Came here for a massage and overall had an okay experience. The place itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. Parking was a little confusing since the lot is small and every spot was taken. The valet attendant let us know that many clients park in the lot by Barnaby’s, so we parked there, although I was a little worried about possibly getting towed. We were reassured that it was fine. As far as the massage, it was okay but unfortunately not the greatest I’ve had. At times, it was a little noisy with the rolling of the chair and some clanking sounds, which made it harder to fully relax. I did ask my massage therapist to use firmer pressure and he adjusted right away, which I appreciated. However, I felt like some of the areas I mentioned were hurting me didn’t get as much attention as I would have liked. After the massage, we weren’t offered water or tea by the front desk. The receptionist did ask how my massage was, and I told her it was okay, but there wasn’t really any follow-up or questions about my experience. I used to work at a massage spa, so I may have come in with certain expectations when it comes to the overall guest experience and attention to feedback. Nothing was necessarily terrible, but I do feel there are a few areas that could be improved. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’m not sure I would return.

Alin and Ray were amazing and helped so much with our couples massage relaxation. They were very attentive to our message and got out all of the muscle knots. We also did the hot stone therapy which was so warm and nice! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience at Nava de Massage! Raya gave me a deep tissue massage with stretching and a sugar scrub, and she was attentive, pleasant, and very skilled. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!

I went here for my massage and was filling the most shoulder pain. I felt in a while. Alin Give me one of the best massages of my life and I get them all the time. Super easy and quick no wait you actually get in when your appointment is scheduled and get amazing Great service. 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend!

Great first time. Definitely recommend. The massage was exactly what I needed. The service was amazing and the place is very well kept and clean. Absolutely coming back.
