I had an amazing experience at Sanctuary Spa this past weekend! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with exceptional customer service and even offered my choice of champagne, water, or tea, which was such a lovely touch. I truly appreciated the immediate hospitality. Sam, my masseuse, did a phenomenal job. His professionalism, skill and attention to detail made for one of the most relaxing massages which I desperately needed. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I love a clean spa at all times! The spa itself was spotless the entire facility, including the bathrooms, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, and Sabrina, the owner, was wonderful to work with. You can truly tell they care about providing an outstanding experience. I also loved browsing the great selection of items available for purchase in the front. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, again great attention to detail. Would I return, ABSOLUTELY! I highly recommend Sanctuary Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and top-tier spa experience. It's also perfectly located! Try it out!

I returned to Sanctuary Spa after 4 years and really enjoyed the gracious care I received. The relaxation waiting room had ultra zen vibes. 👌🏻 I was scheduled for a massage with Lauren who not only took time to hear me during the assessment, but went above and beyond to help me to relax and let myself feel pampered. She was very patient and kind with me which was exactly what I needed after the very emotionally exhausting year I have experienced. I next had an excellent facial with Janiesa. I enjoyed our casual conversation although I think I was almost asleep by the time she finished. I highly recommend both ladies for anyone looking to be pampered. I would also like to recognize the two ladies in the front who worked together to process my payment. I used a gift card which needed to be processed in an unfamiliar system. Not once did they show annoyance or inconvenienced. They handled it perfectly which helped me to maintain the relaxation I came in for. In addition, they called me the next day after finding something I lost. Thank you Sanctuary Spa for not only hiring skilled healers, but also people with heart.

I had the best personalized facial! From start to finish, the experience was relaxing and completely tailored to my skin’s needs. My skin felt glowing, refreshed, and so hydrated afterward. I left feeling excited to book my next appointment!

I had such an amazing day at this spa! I was first brought to the relaxation room where the receptionist made me tea. They had a great spread of snacks and drinks! Bathrooms were extremely clean and everything smelled so amazing. My massage with Gabby was the best massage I have ever had!! She did such a phenomenal job. I then had a facials and it was so relaxation and my skin feels amazing. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be going back

Sanctuary Spa creates an oasis in the midst of the city, the environment is peaceful and relaxing. The entire team is focused on creating a comfortable and relaxing experience. My facial with Tam exceeded my expectations and I will be back!
