Elevate Wellness and Med Spa is such a special place! The staff is genuinely kind and caring. You can really feel that they love what they do and take pride in helping people feel their best. The space is beautiful, modern, and always spotless, which makes the whole experience feel even more refreshing. It’s rare to find a place that blends professionalism with such a warm, personal touch. I always leave feeling taken care of, inside and out.
I had my Botox done at Elevated Wellness Spa and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The staff was professional, the atmosphere was calming, and my results are natural and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.
Charged $400 to cancel their service. Instead of writing Dr orders so I could donate blood to drop iron and hemoglobin , they reduced my testosterone to almost nothing. I felt worse than when I started . Just my experience, hope everyone has better luck than I did. The office staff was amazing but the Doctor and practice is sub par in my opinion.
