I had an excellent experience at Galleria Aesthetic. I especially want to recognize Jocelyn, my injector, who was incredibly gentle, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns. She took the time to understand my needs and never made me feel pressured or tried to sell me anything. She was very professional throughout the entire process. The place is impeccable, beautifully decorated, and very elegant. María, the receptionist, is also extremely kind, sweet, and welcoming. I highly recommend Galleria Aesthetic and give them all the stars possible. My experience was outstanding, and I will definitely continue my beauty treatments at the best place in Houston.

I got chin filler with Jocelyn: she is a little intimidating but she has done incredible work the three times I’ve seen her. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and nobody thinks I look overfilled. I trust her to let me know when to stop. I notice the improvement though and feel more confident :). Keep in mind, it is a Medspa, so they are a bit laissez-faire with clearing people: I only spoke to a medical provider other than the injector once over the phone. However, I don’t have any medical complications, have some experience in healthcare, and chin filler is relatively low-risk for face filler, so for me it’s perfect. You really can’t beat the price. If you’re just looking for a subtle profile improvement and you don’t have a complex medical condition, definitely consider this place.

I had the best experience at Galleria Aesthetics with Jocelyn! I went in for lip fillers, Botox, and underarm skin tag removal, and she did such an amazing job. She was super sweet, patient, and really took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted. I felt comfortable the whole time and trusted her completely with my treatments. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be going back to her. Highly recommend Jocelyn if you’re looking for someone who truly listens and delivers beautiful results!

I went in for the $7/ unit botox special. I told the appointment setter everything I wanted and was very excited because of the great reviews. Once I was there, they informed me, the lip flip is a set price of $100. No matter what, and the masseter injections had a set price of $250 I think. I ended up getting trap tox by Jocylyn that was great, and was $7/unit. I got a lip flip by someone else. None of this by my choice of injector. My lip flip did not take. I was not happy. I did not complain or go back as it was for a vacation trip. I had the lip flip before somewhere else several times, so I was very dissatisfied. I do not recommend. They will lure you in with a good price, then once you are there, tell you the price excludes this and that.

Love Jocelyn! She's the best. Always informative and so delightful! I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years now and she is truly one of a kind. She remembers my goals and makes every appointment feel personal. Beyond being amazing at what she does, she’s kind, calming, and makes the whole experience enjoyable.
