I have been coming to this spa for laser hair removal for quite some time and have had more than 10 appointments. Every esthetician I have seen before Sarah has been professional, kind, and consistent with my treatments. Unfortunately, my experience with Sarah was completely different. I have always had my entire neck area treated during my appointments. During this visit, Sarah only treated a small portion of my neck. When I politely asked if she could finish the remaining area, she insisted that the treatment only extends two inches down the neck. I explained that this had never been my experience and that I specifically purchased this package based on the treatments I had consistently received over numerous visits. Instead of listening to my concerns or trying to understand why I was confused, Sarah left the room and came back saying her manager confirmed it was only two inches. She agreed to go over the area again, but she still did not treat the full area as it had always been done in the past. After my appointment, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager explained that my plan was apparently not set up to include the larger treatment area. At that point, Sarah said she would make the adjustment going forward. While I appreciate that the issue was eventually acknowledged, the way it was handled should never have happened. This was not just about the treatment area. It was about the customer service. Sarah came across as dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen to a long time client. A simple conversation and a willingness to understand my concern would have gone a long way. I have always had positive experiences at this spa until this appointment. Unfortunately, this interaction left such a bad impression that I would rather forfeit my remaining sessions than continue receiving treatments here if I have to deal with that level of service again. If you book here, I recommend requesting someone other than Sarah. Every other esthetician I have seen has been wonderful, but based on my experience, Sarah was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided poor customer service.

I received laser hair removal at this spa about a year ago on multiple areas of my body, including my face (chin area). I want to be transparent that the results on my body were effective and I was satisfied with those areas. However, I had a very different experience with my chin. At the time of treatment, I only had a small amount of fine hair in that area that I wanted to address. Months after completing treatment, I noticed increased hair growth in that same area, and the hair appeared thicker and coarser than before. I brought my concerns to management and was heard, but I was told this can happen and that continued treatment would be needed. I understand that results can vary and that side effects like paradoxical hypertrichosis (increased hair growth in treated areas) are a known risk with laser hair removal. To have a professional in management take no accountability is extremely disappointing. My main concern is that I did not feel this potential outcome was clearly explained to me during my in-person consultation in a way that prepared me for this possibility. While it may have been included in paperwork, it was not emphasized in discussion before treatment. Overall, I am disappointed with my results specifically on my chin area. The body treatments were successful for me, but I would personally caution others to make sure they fully understand all potential risks and outcomes before proceeding with facial laser hair removal. Everyone’s experience can be different, but I would recommend doing thorough research and having a very detailed consultation before moving forward.

Anais did an absolutely fantastic job with the lasers; she's truly the best I've ever encountered. I highly recommend her! She also does facial treatments which simply wonderful and worth trying.

This is a great place. Everyone is friendly and they do their best to help you feel comfortable. It is also super convenient that they stay open late. Anais did my treatment and she explained everything well in my consultation.

After almost six months coming to Glow Medspa, I finally feel confident enough to leave a review. Today I had the chance to get my laser treatment with Lori, and in my opinion, she is the warmest person in there. She provided an excellent laser session, explained everything clearly, and was extremely gentle. My skin is very sensitive and she made me feel truly cared for, more than anyone else in this place so far. I have gotten my laser treatment from other technicians who are also good but not as warm/careful/gentle as her! I would kindly suggest that the front desk staff be a bit more welcoming, as clients come here to feel good and treat themselves, and a friendly attitude helps enhance that experience. So far I do recommend this place since I got good and pain free results. Go to Groupon if you are a first time client (never EVER been there) and get the greatest deal!!
