I have really enjoyed the services I've had at Houston Medspa + Wellness. I came initially for the endolift and even though I'm still early in the healing process, I'm already starting to see the results and loving it. Grace who did my treatment was very thorough and walks you through the whole treatment process. The treatment is definitely not cheap but is in line with other providers in Houston. It's worth the investment and Houston Medspa included other perks that the others charge extra. Was part of their promotional package. I also think the entire staff is really great as well.

I truly wanted to love this place but I simply could not. I love their work but their sales tactics are extremely pushy. I feel like they don’t care about you as a patient and care more about making a sale. If you don’t care about money this is the place for you. They do good work but are always trying to sell products, peptides, treatments all totaling over 3K. It’s honestly annoying even in my facial the esthetician kept trying to sell me a package rather than letting me relax in my facial. I truly do like the work they do, but I am not a bank with unlimited money so for that reason I will not be coming back. I’ve been to serval med spas that do not do these sales tactics whatsoever. Their sales tactics honestly made me feel uncomfortable.

I had the Microdermabrasion! It was amazing . Grace did an amazing job, she is the best. Customer service is 5 stars. She is so knowledgeable and professional. I will be back! You have a loyal customer! I can’t wait for my next visit..the ambiance is top notch. Skin analysis. My skin feels amazing and it’s glowing. I look like a new person. Julie is so friendly and welcoming. These girl know there stuff.. You have to get the Microdermabrasion. Thank you Grace!

Be careful. Very persistent on getting you hooked on one or multiple treatments the first day you visit. I went in to only have a couple of facial dark spots removed and walked out with $10k worth of treatments. They did an endo lift and said I would see results after the swelling went down a week or two later. A year later and I look exactly the same and still have my dark spots. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I tried to dispute it with Cherry Financial but that didn’t help any.
