Wow—8 years and counting! ❤️ After all this time, this place still outshines the fancy, high-end med spas. From day one, I’ve always been welcomed with warm, family-like conversations, a comfortable atmosphere, and exceptional care. This was the very first place I trusted with injections and cosmetic procedures for my face, and eight years later, I still wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Their professionalism, attention to detail is unmatched. If you’re looking for quality care at affordable prices, I can’t recommend them enough. They truly prove that you don’t have to overpay to receive outstanding service and beautiful results. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience for my Xeomin/Botox appointment and highly recommend Lone Star MedSPA. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Moreno made me feel completely comfortable and at home. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the treatment plan. The injections were quick and virtually painless, which really helped calm my nerves as a first-time client. What impressed me most was how honest and professional he was. There was absolutely no pressure to buy extra services or upsells. He genuinely focused on what was best for me and my goals. He also took great care of me with my units, and any unused units were kept on file for future use, which I really appreciated. The entire visit felt relaxed, professional, and welcoming. Great conversation, great bedside manner, and a fantastic overall experience. I’m so glad I chose this office and will definitely be back!

Dr. Roberto is a first class provider and is excellent at what he does. His prices are very reasonable and he can almost always get me in on short notice if I happen to be in the area and don't have an appointment. He's a great guy and I highly recommend him

I called Lone Star med spa on Fannin last Thursday dec 4,2025 to inquire about 20 units of Daxxify. I was told there were running a special of 84.00 but if I found a competitive price somewhere else they would honor it. I did find a place with a better price. So once l arrived, the girl told me l had to show a Groupon showing their price, i explained there was no Groupon involved with this. There was me simply trying to explain it didn’t have to do with Groupon. She said the doctor would probably do it but let him know before he started. So this so called doctor who calls himself Dr Botox comes out and l told him what his staff member said, he said he couldn’t accept a competitor’s . So l asked him did they even administer Daxxify and he said no, but they could formulate sonething similar at a substantial higher cost. I asked him why were they promoting Daxxify but didn’t have any. He had no words to this question!!!! I would NEVER!! Consider referring anyone there. Not even my worst enemy! This office is a fraud. Do yourself a favor any bypass this place! HIGH LEVEL SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!why advertise what you don’t have?!?!?!?!?!
