I was a consistent patron of milk + honey since 2024, but paused to work on my weight lost goals. I used my 42nd birthday for my return. AND I was not disappointed! Nickie and Reyna went the extra mile in making sure my birthday spa day was relaxing, simple, and informative! Nickie gave my body TLC with a full body 60 minute massage plus scalp enhancement. Reyna went above and beyond with my express facial - not only relaxing me and cleaning my pores but a clear step by step process on maintaining winning skin! I highly recommend milk + honey AND Nickie and Reyna for all of your massage and facial needs.

everything was great. I decided to treat myself for my birthday & man was I catered to! Starting from my facial that was catered to my skin and its needs, tutti did an amazing job + dermaplaning along with advising me with the after care for my skin she was an absolute gem! I also got a massage done by Ashleigh who was so personable and sweet & understood my needs from the start to end of the massage. Overall would recommend to anyone that is looking for a spa day or a treat yourself day. Milk and honey is the way to go & the best!🫶🏼

As a first-time customer, I had the pleasure of experiencing both a massage and facial at Milk + Honey as a gift from a friend, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation I had. While the massage and facial themselves were exceptional and truly top-tier, what left the greatest impression on me was the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff. Maricela, who performed my massage, and Crystal, who gave me my facial, made me feel so welcomed, cared for, and comfortable from beginning to end. Their attentiveness and kindness transformed what could have simply been a relaxing spa visit into a truly meaningful and memorable experience. It's rare to find service that combines such high-quality treatments with people who clearly care so deeply about their guests. I would absolutely return on my own, and I wouldn't hesitate to gift this experience to someone I care about. Thank you, Maricela and Crystal, for making my first visit one I'll never forget.

milk + honey was a lovely experience. I had a 90-minute massage and a 60-minute facial. My massage therapist was thorough and attentive; he encouraged me to be communicative. The massage was deeply relaxing and restorative. The facial was great -- my first one! My esthetician was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. You can tell that the standard is to internalize the client's intake paperwork because they both very clearly repeated details back to me that I'd put into my documents. The environment is so relaxing; having access to the lounge alone was enough to shift my body and mood. The robes are lovely too; if you're into weighted things like blankets, the robes feel like a weighted blanket. They're so settling. Parking is easy as well, which is great because you don't wanna disrupt your zen with hectic parking! Oh - they also have steam showers with everything you need if you want to wash off before leaving!

I have been coming here for probably 10 years, and the massages and overall service are consistently pretty great. However, my fiancé and I had such an exceptional experience last night, that I felt compelled to leave a review specifically recognizing Leyah and Angela at the front desk, as well as Janine my massage professional. From the moment we walked in, Leyah and Angela were warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. What really stood out was their attitude — they were solution-oriented, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience special and seamless from start to finish. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or transactional, they went above and beyond in a way that did not go unnoticed. The massages themselves were excellent as always (special shout out and appreciation to Janine who I consistently request these days), but the level of hospitality your other two team members provided enhanced the entire evening. In addition to Janine, they are an asset to your business - They are the first and last impression. Going into our massages last night we were contemplating if we should continue our membership, given the hassle of the third party parking QR code and the typical transactional nature of business these days. However, the elevated way they treated us (in addition to Janine), secured us as a customer. I want to make sure Leyah, Angela and Janine going above and beyond is recognized, encouraged, and celebrated! Thank you all for making our night such a positive one!
