This MedSpa truly feels like a boutique experience. I am 50 years old and, until recently, had never tried injectables or any advanced facial treatments beyond a regular facial. Last year, I even considered a facelift, but before going down that road, I decided to consult a MedSpa to see what could be done first. I discovered Montrose MedSpa on Instagram and scheduled a Hydrafacial. From the front desk to the esthetician, my first impression was excellent. It was clear I was dealing with experienced professionals. My main concern is melasma, which I have dealt with for many years and understand well. Ashley, the owner, is very knowledgeable and approachable. She customized a treatment plan that made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Since then, I have returned for microneedling, EmFace, and other treatments. The results have been fantastic—my skin looks rejuvenated and softer, and friends have started noticing the difference. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for personalized treatments and experienced professionals

I had a great experience at Montrose Medspa! My aesthetician, Abegail, was so professional and knowledgeable about the treatments. I did a Hydrafacial with boosters and my skin is still glowing many days later. I will be back, for sure!

Their estheticians are wonderful. I've had the membership in the past. Good value. The employees have always been nice and friendly. My complaint is this the second and nearly third time, I show up to my appointment, and turns out they cannot do the service i booked. They are well aware because I've told them that is very inconvenient for me to travel all the way to their location since I live about 45 minutes sometimes longer with traffic so the lack of courtesy to make a phone call to reschedule instead of having me wait there for 30 minutes to tell me they cannot do it, is baffling. I'm sure they were hoping I would purchase the alternative but this is the second time it happened so they knew that I only wanted that one product. Very unprofessional. Also pro tip if you need to cancel your membership you need to give them a long notice or they still charge you for the following month. That I was fine with because I'm sure its in the fine print. But wasting 2 hours my time twice was the last straw. This almost happened a separate time but I opted to do another service since I was already there.

From the moment I walked into Montrose Med Spa, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Dianna, the receptionist, set the tone immediately. She was so kind, patient, and understanding—answering every question I had and helping me feel completely at ease before my appointment. Her friendly energy and calm demeanor made check-in smooth and stress-free. My esthetician, Chelsea, made the experience unforgettable. She was gentle, attentive, and extremely skilled. The derma-planing session was the best I’ve ever had—so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! When I woke up, my skin felt incredibly soft, smooth, and bright, with all the dull and dead skin removed. Chelsea explained every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. To top it off, Ashley, who helped check me out (and is clearly the boss of an amazing team), was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and very informative. She took the time to go over all of their services and membership options in detail, making everything easy to understand. Overall, Montrose Med Spa delivers excellence at every level—from customer care to results. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality skincare and top-tier service!

I had an amazing experience getting a facial, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, Chelsea was incredibly welcoming and warm. She made me feel comfortable right away, taking the time to explain each step of the process and what to expect. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, she was informative without being overwhelming, and she made sure I understood all of the aftercare instructions clearly. The facial itself was so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Chelsea truly went above and beyond to create a calming, personalized experience. I’ll definitely be back! PS. If you have time do the skin analysis! It’s super helpful to learn where your skin is at!
