I have had an amazing experience here at ROMS since moving from Austin. The front receptionist are so welcoming and professional. Cassie was recommend to me by a trusted injector and she has made being a new patient feel so comfortable from the start. I came in for Botox and talks of wanting to dissolve my old lip filler from years ago but was so nervous of the pain but Cassie was soooooo gentle and made that process so easy and comfortable, it seriously was not painful like the stories i've heard. I wish I could have met Cassie years ago! Her attention to detail is outstanding, this is the best my lips have ever looked. I now am a forever patient of hers and could not recommend River Oaks Med Spa enough. I highly recommend everyone to visit for any aesthetic needs or curiosities.

I have been a customer at ROMS for over 10 years, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cassie. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly an artist at what she does. She listens to and respects your goals while also offering thoughtful recommendations based on her years of experience and expertise. Cassie takes her work and her clients’ results very seriously. She genuinely wants the best possible outcome for every person she treats, and that level of care shows in everything she does. I trust her implicitly and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. The entire office is also incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and well cared for. After more than 10 years as a client, I continue to have such a positive experience at ROMS and highly recommend Cassie and the entire team.

I wanted to meet Cassie after consistently seeing the beautiful work she does on an acquaintance of mine. After a couple of visits with Cassie this is going to be my own go-to Medspa! I was very impressed with the time Cassie took to understand my prior treatments and current desires. She corrected a problem I was having with precision and gave me the results I was hoping for. She has 20 years experience although she looks impossibly young, and she proved she knows the best way to address my concerns. The rest of the staff that i have met are also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend River Oaks Medspa!

I really enjoyed my experience here! Everyone was super nice and welcoming from start to finish. My Botox injections were completely painless, and I felt very informed throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time I had no knowledge about Botox and was nervous Cassie took the time to explain what would work best for me, which I really appreciated. Cassie was amazing—professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
