I had Victoria for my massage and Kiki for my facial! Both women were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional! They made my first time at the spa feel cozy, welcoming, and above all, relaxing!!! Will definitely come back!!!

This is the most satisfying spa I've had recently. The environment is clean and comfortable, the staff are professional and attentive, and after booking a mini facial treatment, my skin is noticeably brighter and smoother. Highly recommended!

Best massage ever! My therapist, Victoria, was amazing — the vibes and the massage were a 10/10. She was so pleasant, so sweet, and super gentle. I left feeling fully relaxed. Loved my stay and will definitely be back again!

Bad customer service. An incident occurred a few months ago, and I decided to make an appointment for a massage. After several calls, I finally spoke with a lady named Meloni, who scheduled me for the upcoming Friday evening appointment. I paid $45 for parking, but no one informed me that the parking could be validated. I only found out later. Their customer service was poor, with a lack of communication and follow-up. They need to change the management in order to success in the business.
