Tulum spa is so nice! The customer service was excellent! I recently had a facial done with customized anti-aging treatment! The facial was done by RUBI and from start to finish, she was great! She listened to my desires for my skincare and the results I wanted to see. She's a knowledgeable esthetician! Her techniques and movements were nice for my achieved results. A true professional!

Kennedra is AMAZING! I booked a 60 min massage with her and my only regret was not booking a longer session. I told her I needed more of a pain relief massage instead of a typical relaxing one. She 100% understood and gave me exactly what I requested. Her draping was professional, she used firm pressure (my request!), and it felt like a sports recovery massage. I can tell she used advanced techniques that aren’t typical. I really did leave feeling better and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a highly skilled/technical therapist who listens and helps you feel less tension, I def recommend Kennedra. My only complaint is that the waiting room was noisy and not relaxing. There was a guest talking on the phone and two other people having a loud conversation. It did not have a relaxing spa vibe. Please consider putting up signage to encourage a phone-free, quiet environment in the waiting room. Also consider drapes to separate the check-in area from the waiting area.

I have been here a more than a few times, and each time has been more than 5 stars. The service is always there, and the sweet front office staff make you feel very welcomed when you come in. I personally have had David multiple times, as my masseuse. He always knows what areas to focus on, even after you tell him what areas to focus on. This previous time, I added a facial. Jessica did my facial, and she was exceptional! She consulted me on what I needed for my facial, and it delivered. I could not be more pleased with how that service turned out. I will definitely be going back to Jessica!! I will also be referring multiple people to both Jessica and Daniel!

After searching for the perfect spa for many weeks, I came across Tulum and booked a Signature Hydrafacial. My service was completed by Rubi who was absolutely fantastic! The hydrafacial offered by this spa was unique, like no other spa I’ve been to before. I felt like I was getting a massage, the room was dark & cool, I was provided with blankets to go with the robe, it was so relaxing and the perfect reset. At other spas, this treatment feels like a quick service, but here the care Rubi placed into cleansing my skin and competing the treatment was excellent and definitely worth the price.

I had a fabulous experience with Juli at Tulum Wellness Spa today! I got the Luxe Lift Facial, lip treatment, and lymphatic drainage—and couldn’t be happier. Juli was kind, attentive, and took time to discuss my skincare concerns with thoughtful suggestions. Her touch was perfect, and she made me feel completely at ease. I especially appreciated her deep knowledge of products Tulum offers and her techniques. I left feeling refreshed and more informed about caring for my skin. I’ll definitely be back!
