This is a late review but we came here last year March for my partner’s birthday. The service was amazing, the best I’ve experienced. They gave each of us a bag to take home to remember our experience. The food was delicious but I remembered the chef mentioning that they wanted to explore our other tastebuds so the dishes would contain bitterness which was different from their usual courses. We weren’t really a big fan of that but it was still delicious. Before we sat at our table they would sit you in the room before to serve you drinks and snacks which were delicious as well. The ambiance was very nice in the waiting room and the dining room. Overall, for a very expensive meal I think you are paying more for the experience than the food. Not that the food wasn’t good but I don’t think I will spend money at March for the food alone. Out of all the michelin restaurants I’ve been too, I did enjoy the experience the most here.

Friends took me out for my birthday. This is a Mediterranean dining experience Michelin star restaurant. They offer 6 or 9 courses tasting menus with option of wine pairing or non-alcoholic beverage pairing. Small delicate portions. Need to make reservation ahead. Great experience nice attentive staffs.

Really calming atmosphere in the lounge. Feels like you're in a place separate from the busy street outside. The drinks were phenomenal. The Aceituna might be the best martini I've ever had. The light snacks were deliciously curated and a sensory explosion on the palate. We didn't visit the restaurant but I'll be back for it.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at March, and it was an unforgettable experience! We kicked off our evening with some incredible lounge snacks and refreshing drinks that set the perfect mood. Then came the star of the night: a delightful six-course discovery menu that whisked us away on a culinary adventure through Mediterranean flavors. Each dish was a delightful surprise for our taste buds, beautifully presented to please the eye as well. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made our experience even more special. It truly was the perfect night!

A friend and I celebrated our birthday's here, This was my first visit to a Michelin star restaurant. I could not have asked for more! Service wasn't impeccable! And food was amazing! The España Verde menu was truly flavorful and an excellent experience! This is a Houston must try!
