Wonderful spot for dinner. Service (Alex was our server) is impeccable. Alex was friendly, helpful & informative. The food was fabulous I ordered Chipotle Seafood Pasta, and I’d eat it 7 days a week. Pasta was perfectly cooked, the shrimp big and tender, and the sauce with the perfect amount of heat 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟My wife had a grilled veggie platter, and she said it tasted as good as it looked… a beautiful plate. The Lemon Drop Martinis were perfect also. And as a huge plus…. Lots of gluten free options, all clearly marked.

Mezza Grille offers really good food and a nice atmosphere. The vibe is relaxed and pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The dishes we ordered were flavorful and well-prepared, and overall the dining experience was enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the attentiveness of the waitstaff. The waitress was polite, but a bit more attention to the table and guests’ needs would make the experience even better. Overall, it’s still a very good place to dine, and I would gladly come back for the food and the welcoming atmosphere.

Came for a girls night out dinner. Amazing experience!! 10/10!!! Highly recommend! From the moment we came the attention top notch. Our waiter recommended food and drinks. We had spicy fried cauliflower, Hummus and calamari as starters (didn’t get pictures but very delicious). Our entrees were amazing as well. Everything so flavorful, fresh and hot! To finish off we had to get all dessert to share too. Definitely coming back!!!

Our first time here and it was incredible. We got the hummus to start, and the lemon butter chicken and seafood kabobs for our meals; it was all so good and flavorful. We cleaned our plates. Jwana was our server and she was awesome. We will definitely be back.

This isn’t your average salad. Look at the vibrant colors—crisp mixed greens, perfectly sliced cucumbers, fresh tomatoes, and those beautifully pickled red beets on top that add both visual pop and a tangy complexity. The radishes bring a nice peppery bite, and you can see the quality of every ingredient. Nothing here feels like filler or an afterthought. What really stood out was the balance and freshness. Each component is distinct but harmonizes perfectly. The creamy white sauce on the side (appears to be a tzatziki or similar) is the perfect complement—not drowning the salad, just enhancing it. The presentation is restaurant-quality without being pretentious. Devon and the team clearly care about execution. This is the kind of attention to detail that keeps me coming back. The freshness of the produce, the thoughtful plating, the quality of every element—it all shows. If you’re looking for really solid, fresh, well-executed food in Houston, Mezza Grille is the spot. Devon, thank you for the great work. You’re setting the bar high! 🙌
