We came during restaurant weeks for the very first time and were very happily impressed! The atmosphere is a bright, cheery place. Alex was our server and did PHENOMENAL! She pointed out from the get go that there were pictures of the items in the full menu- super helpful. We were indecisive between our choices and she gave us personal recommendations of what to get and her choices were SPOT. ON!! Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely ask for Alex next time we come! :) we can’t wait to come back and try more! The food is amazing!! Don’t sleep on the tamale dish or the Mexican dessert!!

I’ve been here three times so far and it’s been amazing every time. Our waitress was Michelle and she was fantastic! The food was amazing and I was very stuffed. I would get these dishes again. Additionally, they somehow found out about my husband’s birthday and gave a small celebration. We were very surprised bc we have no idea how they figured that out. The atmosphere is very positive, cute, and colorful. Prefect for a friendly family meal or cute dates. Wonderful place.

Came here for dinner before a show at 713 Music hall. The food is delish! Their fajita guacamole is so good with the lime twist on it! The salsa that comes with the chips is super refreshing and citrus yummy too! The star of the dinner is the shrimp tamales in white sauce! That was really good!

The Sweet Corn Tamale (Tamal de Elote) is a must. I’m usually not even a big fan of tamales, but this one was incredible. It’s almost like a dessert, and the sauce they serve it with is so good. We also had the grilled oysters and the fried whole fish (Mojarra). Both were solid and fresh, though the tamale was definitely the star of the show. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is great for a date night. Plus, they bring out chips and salsa to start, which is always a win.

We had such a wonderful experience at La Fisheria! From the moment we walked in, everything was just perfect. The food was absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. A special shoutout to our server, Alex, she was incredible! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service really elevated the whole experience. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back!
