We went to Kabsah Restaurant in Houston and had an amazing experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and the host, Salma, is truly one of a kind. She was very helpful, kind, and considerate. They offer complimentary lamb broth and tea with milk and spices, and you can have as much as you want. A really nice touch. We wanted to try different things, so we ordered biryani rice, kabsa rice, and mandi rice, along with chicken, lamb, and the haneeth lamb. Every single dish was full of flavor, but the absolute cherry ontop was the haneeth lamb. It was the star of the whole meal. The rice portions are huge, easily enough for 2–3 people, and the meat portions are also generous. You also get multiple sauces with the rice, which makes the meal even better. I also want to mention the fattoush salad which was excellent and tasted just like the Syrian-style fattoush we used to have back home. I want to thank the management, Salma and the chefs for having us and doing an amazing job. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely be coming back.

Great option to have pure yamani food. Their mandi and haneeth were amazing. Had chicken mandi and lamb haneeth, they both were so good. You can have lamb broth and adani tea complementary. Interior could be improved with some maintenance. Overall good experience.

Food is great. Tasty. Portion is big for lunch. Lamb kabsha is 21.99 plus tax. They habe a free soup and tea (milk tea). Customer service is ok - need some imrpovement, showing more service. Place is considered a clean place. Parking lot is plenty parking. We will come back.

Absolutely delicious middle eastern cuisine. Ultra tender and flavorful meat. Complimentary soup and chai. Setting is super casual. The plaza is a bit sketchy - be mentally prepared for some homeless to come in and ask for water/food. But everyone was civilized. Kudos to the restaurant owner for the kindness ✌️

Kabsah is absolutely my favorite restaurant in Houston! I’ve been here more times than I can count. The taste, quality, portion sizes, and prices are all top notch and always keep me coming back. They only serve halal meat and chicken. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, they’re genuinely kind-hearted and even go out of their way to feed people in need. Make sure to try some of their free soup and karak tea.
