Barry did a phenomenal job on our home loan from start to finish. When the builders finance guy told us there was no way we could a loan for the house, Barry told us “Yes, I can make that work”. He made us feel like family by taking should good care of us. I also loved the Mortgage Coach system he used to give us all the numbers for what we would pay monthly and the amount we would need to bring to closing. This was not our first purchase so to be able to see multiple options and to choose what is best for my family was so empowering. Hands down the best mortgage broker and brokerage in Houston and surrounding areas.

Barry has a fresh approach to lending. It started with the soft hand off I had when I introduced my buyer to Barry for the first time. He was very calm and took his time to get to know my client before he began asking them very private confidential information. Once my client was under contract and it was time for the lender to lock in the loan, he reviewed the numbers with my client to ensure they understood the costs. Closing was a breeze. If you are looking for a lender who knows his way around the lending table, then Dr. Barry is your man!
