If you are shopping for a mortgage, I highly recommend Blink Lending. Paul has built a very strong team that works hard to keep transactions on track. Client feedback is always highly positive, which says a lot about the company’s service, competitive fees, and overall experience. Kelsey especially stands out for her knowledge and attention to detail. Great experience working with Blink Lending on an investment property. This was a very unique property impossible to find comps for so i had issues finding a lender who would lend to me and who could close fast. Luckily I was recommended to Blink who accepted the deal and was able to close fast. The closing process was great; I worked with Tammy and Kristy both were amazing and never made me uncomfortable asking any of my million questions and were patient with helping me with document questions or any delays on me end. The draw process was always fast and easy. Overall great experience; and highly recommended for any investor out there..

I can’t say enough about Jonathan Driver at Blink Lending as he was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish . He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and proactive in guiding me step by step of this process.
