I had an amazing experience working with Oscar Chow, Kathryn & Veronica. As a first-time homebuyer, I had countless questions and there were many things I didn't understand. Oscar was always patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly until I felt comfortable and confident. He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small they seemed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. I truly appreciated his knowledge, honesty, and dedication throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer, and I'm so grateful for all of his help. Thank you Karen and Tom for helping us get our first home! Buying a home can be overwhelming and there is so much to learn. Karen put together many options for us that worked with our budget. Any questions we had they had the answers. They are both very knowledgeable with the VA home loan. We highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home and especially using the VA loan. Amazing customer service!! Always attentive and responses were always very quickly. We definitely enjoyed how smooth purchasing our first home was. The updates and emails were always great as well. My experience with Cornerstone Home Lending, specifically, Tom and Karen Monroe was very, very smooth. Initially, I spoke to Karen who began the process, she asked me for the required documents and was very thorough. Her communication was excellent and when she received the paperwork from me, she would let me know. Once I found a house and my offer was accepted, I worked with Tom. He was equally impressive with his commutation with me. Everyone has their particulars, and I am no different. Thanks to Tom...I was able to get through the buying/closing process. Tom and Karen Monroe are two people that I would HIGHLY recommend!!!! These two did me right and did the process very, very, very quickly!!!!! I saw the house, put an offer in, it was accepted, buying process started, and closed all with the same month!!!!!! Now, I have a new home! Thank you, Tom and Karen...thank you very much! DC
