I cannot say enough good things about Daniel Jara with HomeStart Capital. Our loan was anything but conventional, and there were so many moving pieces and unusual factors that I honestly think a lot of people would have thrown up their hands or tried to force us into a box that didn’t fit. Daniel did the opposite. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, persistent, and creative in finding solutions. More than that, he stayed engaged every step of the way. I never felt like I was just another file in a pile. He took the time to explain things, answer questions, think through challenges, and keep things moving even when the process got complicated. This wasn't an easy loan, and watching him navigate it gave me a huge appreciation for just how much expertise and behind-the-scenes work goes into getting something like this across the finish line. I’m genuinely grateful for everything he did. If you have a straightforward loan, I’m sure he’d do great.
