I can’t say enough good things about the team at Nuhomes—Frank, Karla, and Angie truly worked their butts off for me. What stood out the most was their dedication and accessibility. Karla was incredible, even working weekends and always responding when I needed her. If I sent a text asking her to call, she did. Frank answered every call, even after hours. As an investor, I never stop, and nothing frustrates me more than companies that shut down after 4:30 on a Friday. That wasn’t the case here. Angie is an absolute bull when it comes to getting things done, but don’t let that intimidate you—she’s a total sweetheart on the phone. Here’s my story: I’m an investor, and my original mortgage broker was costing me thousands of dollars a day because they just couldn’t close my loan.
