All the team members were amazing. They helped us with any questions or concerns we had as first-time home buyers. No hidden fees and clear communication. I changed to Benito Solis with Alta Home when I was unhappy with the builders loan company. I switched exactly 30 days before my closing in ( I would not recommend doing this close to closing), Benito and his team not only expedited, but also secured us a unbelievable interest rate and we were able to close on time.
