When we were let down by a previous lender, I ran to Billy Evans with the hopes of a Hail Mary! We had about 13 days till our closing date and the holidays in between. I was in a panic! Needless to say, he and his team came in clutch and got it done in less time than that!!! Better interest rate, no lender fees and overall superior terms than the other lender. I worked with Mike Ward at Rock Mortgage. He is outstanding, communicative, patient, and has a teaching/educative mindset. He answered emails after-hours and was very quick to respond to emails. Although I did not end up choosing Rock Mortgage as my lender, it was really close with another lender in terms of raw numbers on the Loan Estimate. I wouldn't have been upset if I went with Mike. I highly recommend reaching out to him as your Mortgage Loan Originator and seeing what he can work with you towards a house purchase.
