I had an amazing experience with Security America Mortgage. I got a chance to work with Jason and Nadia. From the very beginning, Jason told me that he would move as quickly as I wanted and he absolutely kept that promise!!! I submitted my offer on June 9th it was accepted that same evening, I contacted Jason then next day to let him know that my offer got accepted and I closed on June 26. My VA loan closed in just 11 business days since the 19th was a federal holiday. I can't thank Jason and Nadia enough for all of their hard work. They made the entire process smooth and easy, and I always felt like I was in great hands. If you're looking for a mortgage team that is responsive, efficient, and truly cares about making the home buying process as seamless as possible, I highly recommend Jason and Nadia!

Mark and Nadia were a pleasure to work with on my VA Construction loan. Mark went above and beyond to explain the entire process. Due to my situation, they were proactive in getting me a POA, which made closing simple. Every time I had a question, Mark would answer my call even after we closed on the loan. My experience with Security America Mortgage, Inc. (SAMI), was one of the best I have ever had involving the acquisition of a new residential property. Everything seemed to flow smoothly right from the start. The application process was to the point and not overly burdensome. The tracking tool used to follow your mortgage application completion process was always up-to-date and accurate. However, most enjoyable, was working with my loan officer and his assistant. Both Mark Vela (Loan Officer) and Nadia Agha (Assistant) are the absolute best. They are professional, competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. Going through the mortgage application process can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Mark and Nadia navigated every issue that presented itself with great skill, and I knew where I stood throughout the process. Mark was almost always available whenever I contacted him, and when he wasn't he quickly connected with me shortly thereafter. They're a top-notch team who know how to get things done well, and quickly. As soon as I contacted SAMI I felt I was working with a group of well-seasoned professionals and based on the wonderful experience I had, my initial feelings were proven 100% accurate. I would recommend SAMI to anyone looking to finance a home and especially Military Veterans. Thanks to SAMI I (U.S. Army Veteran) am moving to my new home this coming weekend. I'm very happy with my new home and with my experience with SAMI.
