I recently had the opportunity to work with Denise Tomasini on a transaction where her buyers submitted an offer on one of my listings. In a multiple-offer situation, she was the only lender who took the time to personally call me, introduce herself, and discuss her clients' qualifications and ability to close. Wrote a review on here a couple months ago which I explained Supreme Lending did not tell me FHA will not cover the condo due to occupancy ruling in the community. I was not advised of this until the day prior to closing. No or poor communication throughout the process. Instead of acknowledging or apologizing on the Google review, their response was “you did not qualify for Conventional loan” whereas I was approved at other places and was told FHA is what Supreme Lending approved me for, I chose Supreme lending because I have multiple successful transactions before. Again, successful with an agent who is no longer there. However, the response and selection of wording to bring up not qualifying for a conventional loan when conventional loan was not even mentioned in my review goes to show the type of people who are currently at Supreme Lending. You don’t need to get burned by them when you can just read their response to my review. A business should never share outcome of a case online, this can and should be done from the client, only. My kids and I were so lucky to have Kate and her team. She truly made our dream come true. She was there every step of the way and went above and beyond and we got our home! Kate is amazing and always answers any questions you may have. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work! If anyone needs a house definitely contact her she won’t let you down!
