Wrote a review on here a couple months ago which I explained Supreme Lending did not tell me FHA will not cover the condo due to occupancy ruling in the community. I was not advised of this until the day prior to closing. No or poor communication throughout the process. Instead of acknowledging or apologizing on the Google review, their response was “you did not qualify for Conventional loan” whereas I was approved at other places and was told FHA is what Supreme Lending approved me for, I chose Supreme lending because I have multiple successful transactions before. Again, successful with an agent who is no longer there. However, the response and selection of wording to bring up not qualifying for a conventional loan when conventional loan was not even mentioned in my review goes to show the type of people who are currently at Supreme Lending. You don’t need to get burned by them when you can just read their response to my review. A business should never share outcome of a case online, this can and should be done from the client, only. My kids and I were so lucky to have Kate and her team. She truly made our dream come true. She was there every step of the way and went above and beyond and we got our home! Kate is amazing and always answers any questions you may have. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work! If anyone needs a house definitely contact her she won’t let you down!

Krystal deserves 5 starts in many categories! 1. Easy to talk to, down to earth, great listener! 2. Easy to access, seems any hour of morning, afternoon or evening Krystal will answer a call or text. 3. Great problem solver, she is full of ideas and “work arounds”. I didn’t give five stars because I don’t give anyone that rating, but she is worth talking to and I have referred others to her. Thanks Krystal!

TERRIBLE! READ ALL BEFORE CHOOSING SUPREME LENDING: Save yourself time and money and shop around for a different lender, here’s your fair warning. Failed to check occupancy on FHA condo loan at beginning stage of going under contract, did not return calls to myself or my agent throughout the process, until the final day prior to closing (which again, we had to reach out) we were informed we cannot close due to FHA/condo occupancy. Never did an appraisal and we were left in the dark during this contract. We the buyers did not receive an apology, denial letter, or any form of contact, only my agent received a response. Again, whether they acknowledge they dropped the ball or not - I understand business is business but Supreme Lending clearly lack the human thing to do, a simple message to at least acknowledge they could not get the job done and the contract will fall through… a day before closing. We’re out of earnest money, wasted time, but it’s not the end of the world. We’ve closed on properties before and have actually used Supreme Lending before, when an agent by the name of Lane Carter worked here, great guy. Not sure what is going on in this company now but to not even communicate when you drop a closure the day before signing… absolute worst. Wouldn’t have wrote this review if they had basic courtesy. Again, DO NOT USE SUPREME. SHOP AROUND.

My experience with Kierra and the Supreme lending team was great. Daily updates, direct information no bull or running around. Just a great team over all
