My husband and I had a great experience working with Tim as our loan officer. As first time home buyers, we sure had a ton of questions and needed some guidance with the housing market and home buying process. We spoke to a few loan officers but decided to work with Tim, because not only can he work his numbers to help us find the best rate, but character-wise, he was the most patient and personal, yet professional and honest. He updated us on every step throughout the process and we were able to close on the house quickly! We are very happy with the service Tim provided and highly recommend him!

Tim was incredible to work with to help my wife and me buy our first home! First off, he was able to match a very aggressive rate that we received from an online only lender. During a bidding war, he talked to the seller to convince them that we were a safe bet (we literally might not have gotten our house without Tim). He was attentive and knowledgeable throughout the whole contract process. He even connected us with a very well priced home insurance that we ended up going with. Lastly, Tim met us out at the title company and stayed as we closed on the house. Thank you for everything, Tim! You helped to make the process of buying our first house smoother than I could have imagined!

We worked with Tim Tse and Motto Mortgage when we purchased a new home in early 2021. Tim was super responsive and always kept us updated throughout the entire loan closing process. Tim was very knowledgeable about the mortgage rates and loan documentation process, and he always tried to help and guide us along the way whenever necessary. I also feel like Tim and Motto Mortgage worked hard to get us the best loan package as possible, and I felt like they were as invested in the process and outcome as I was. I had a great experience working with Tim and Motto Mortgage, and I will certainly work with them again the next time I purchase a home.

We strongly recommend Tim and Motto Mortgage! As first time home buyers, he made sure to explain the whole process thoroughly and worked diligently to make sure all necessary steps were completed in time for closing.
