Joan and his team are the absolute best. We were very young first time homebuyers and as you know this process can be very intimidating. We found Joan online and gave his office a call straightaway. From our very first interaction, he spoke with us on the phone for over an hour explaining the process and answering all of our FTHB questions. After our call my fiancé and I immediately filled out an application to get prequalified. A month later we are in our dream home. Joan negotiated on our behalf and got us an unheard of rate in this market. Joan is the best at what he does, very genuine and you can tell he truly enjoys his work and doing what’s best for his clients.
