Ebenezer "cold called" me one evening back in November 2025 regarding a cash out refi. He received an earful from me about my poor past experiences over the previous three years from failed attempts and empty promises from the other mortgage brokers who had tried and failed miserably before him. He patiently listened and told me if I ever changed my mind, he would like to earn my business. After getting out credit score to the improved area we wanted, my wife and I decided to give Ebenezer a shot, but we had little faith and even less hope. Ebenezer and Magda rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They created solutions when problems arose along the way (due to no fault of their own) when others just threw in the towel and quit. As a result, we finally achieved our goal of a cash-out refi thanks to Ebenezer and his team at Imperial Mortgage! In a world full of empty promises and hot air, Ebenezer is a breath of fresh air and a man of his word. I highly recommend Ebenezer and his team at Imperial Mortgage if you have any financing needs.
