I had a great experience working with Jennifer and her team. As a first-time homebuyer with a somewhat complex file, I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Jennifer was always patient, responsive, and willing to explain everything clearly. Jasmine was also incredibly helpful during underwriting and worked hard to keep my file moving while keeping me updated on what was needed. The whole team was professional, organized, and supportive from start to finish. Even when things got a little complicated, they stayed solution-oriented and helped guide me through each step. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the process much smoother.
