First and foremost, I just want to give all the glory and praise to God. 🙏🏾 Without His grace, guidance, and perfect timing, none of this would have been possible. There were moments in this journey where we had to lean completely on faith, trusting that what God had for us was already in motion. Today, Marc and I are beyond grateful and thankful for His blessings. The home buying process can feel overwhelming, but God placed the right people in our path at the right time. We are so thankful for Quality Lending Group, LLC and Cenaca B. Cyprian and Jerri Ingram with Volunteer Home Mortgage Inc. for helping make this dream a reality. Their support and dedication truly made a difference for our family. A very special thank you to Ceneca, who made this entire process possible for us. She was incredibly caring, patient, and understanding every step of the way. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things felt at times, she guided us through the entire process with kindness, professionalism, and reassurance. Ceneca, Erick, Nicole and Melanie are dream team. I'm sure there are others behind the scene who have pushed through with my 2 mortgages and 1 refinance transactions. I'm a newbie investor. There are many parts in this puzzle during the process from beginning to the closing. Fortunately, my dream team have nearly been holding my hands through it all. Erick has been patiently explaining and finding me the best deal and rates. Melanie and Nicole have been on top of all the steps necessary to complete all my documents and dealing with underwriting.
